Palmyra Man ID'd After Head-On Lebanon County Crash (Update) A man has been identified following a head-on crash involving entrapment, the Northern Londonderry Township Police told Daily Voice on Tuesday.  Anthony Loewy, 65 of Palmyra, was driving north on Gravel Hill Road in North Londonderry Township when he was struck head-on by Jim Ondesko, 28, of Dauphin, township police told Daily Voice. Andrew Bilheimer Of New Holland Dies After 'Losing Addiction Battle,' Obit Says Andrew Bilheimer of New Holland, and formerly of Bethlehem, died on May 3 after "losing his battle with addiction." He was 33. Bilheimer is a United States veteran, having previously served in Iraq, according to his obituary.
