School Bus Driver Charged After Crash Hospitalizes 8: PA State Police A school bus driver has been charged after eight people were injured in a crash involving the bus and a car, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Tuesday.  Terry M. Stroup, 34 of Neville, was wearing her seatbelt but suffered a "suspected minor injury" Pennsylvania State Police wrote in an updated release on Dec. 12. Drunk Central PA Man Who Struck Dead Woman In Crosswalk Turns Himself In, Police Say Over two months after Emily Compton was struck dead the man accused of hitting her has turned himself in, authorities announced on Thursday, Nov. 2. Douglas Lee Gibb, 64, of Carlisle turned himself over to authorities at Magisterial District Judge Birbeck's office on Oct. 30.  Emily C. Steelton Man Shot Dead At Teen's Memorial In Harrisburg (Update) A man has died following a shooting at a memorial for a teenager killed earlier in the week.  Marshall Vujasinovich, 22, Steelton, has been identified as the man killed after the shooting erupted at a memorial honoring the life of 18-year-old Marion Holmes, who died in a crash involving a Harrisburg police officer.  The memorial was being held at the intersection where the deadly crash happened— 19th and Holly streets.
