Central PA Man Busted Sharing Child Porn Online, State Police Say A Dauphin County man has been arrested for possessing and disseminating child pornography online, according to Pennsylvania state police. Jeffery Dell, 25, of Highspire, was arrested on Tuesday. State police received a tip from an online file sharing company and obtained a warrant to search his home in the 300 block of Poplar Street on July 15.
