A 55-year-old Warminster man was sentenced to one year of probation after flashing a pornographic video at a woman in the parking lot of a Lansdale Starbucks last year, NorthPennNow reports. The woman was in the car with her 7-year-old son when she pulled into the West Main Street parking lot around 8:30 a.m. Jan 6, the outlet says citing the affidavit. DA: Bucks Teen Gets Off With Sensitivity Training After Making Racist Threats On Social Media
A 19-year-old Chalfont man who reportedly made racist and threatening comments on a social media video posted in July was ordered to undergo racial sensitivity training, authorities announced. Andrew J. Smith pleaded guilty Wednesday to harassment and was also sentenced by Common Pleas Judge Diane E.
