Co-Sleeping Lancaster Dad Charged With Involuntary Manslaughter Of 3-Month-Old A Lancaster man is charged with involuntary manslaughter following the death of his 3-month-old son.  Police believe the infant's death is a resolute of the father, Rolston Sturkey, 30, of Lancaster co-sleeping. Emergency Dispatch Services called police to the 700 block of Wyncroft Lane on Sep. 7, where the found the infant unresponsive. Emergency medical providers tried and failed to revive the baby, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
