Teen's Skull Fractured In Hit-Run, PA State Police In York County Say
A teen is in the hospital with a fractured skull after being struck by a fleeing vehicle, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Friday. PSP troopers in York were called to a report of "a pedestrian struck" in the 2200 block of Bridgeview Road, Hopewell Township, around 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 18.
