Harrisburg Police were called to a reported shooting of a person in the area of Evergreen and Swatara streets in Harrisburg around 11:40 p.m., according to the release.
Upon arrival police found a man, "suffering from an apparent gunshot wound(s). The male was pronounced deceased at the scene," as stated in the release.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
