James Bacon, 52, of Lancaster, died at the scene of a crash on I-83 northbound around 7:30 p.m.
Bacon was on the exit ramp to Second Street when he hit a concrete barrier, he died on impact, according to Pennsylvania State police.
He was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
