PA Man Repeatedly Abused GF's Son, Most Recently Attempted To Cut Genitals Off, DA Says A Pennsylvania man was arrested on accusations he repeatedly physically abused his girlfriend's five-year-old son, most recently trying to cut the boy's genitals off, authorities said. Steven J.
