Floor Collapse Sends 3 Firefighters To Hospital While Battling 2-Alarm Blaze In Lehigh Valley Three firefighters were sent to a nearby hospital after a floor collapsed while they were battling a blaze in the Lehigh Valley area, authorities said. The Palmer Municipal Fire Department responded to a two-alarm house fire in Lower Nazareth Township just after 9 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 18, the squad said.
