PA Man Robs Bank With His Mother In The Car: Police A Downingtown man robbed a Haverford bank on Thursday afternoon with his unwitting mother waiting in the getaway car, according to township police.  Authorities say Glen Allen Mokshefski arrived at the Santander Bank, 116 W.
