Alert Issued For Missing, Endangered Philly Area Woman, 10-Year-Old Daughter Coatesville police have issued an alert for a missing and endangered mom and her 10-year-old daughter. Shalika Shelton, 30, and her daughter Cartier Jackson were last seen around 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 19 on the 800 block of East Lincoln Highway in Coatesville, local police said. The girl's godmother and legal guardian told police that Shelton may have taken the child to Philadelphia, police said. Authorities say Shelton has "untreated mental health concerns." 38-Year-Old Man Shot, Killed In Coatesville: DA Police are looking for two suspects in connection with a deadly shooting in Coatvesille Friday, June 10. A 38-year-old man was shot and killed after a dispute with two suspects, one of whom was armed, and told the victim "I’m strapped," Chester County DA Deb Ryan said. Officers were called to 5th Avenue and East Lincoln Highway, where the victim was found with a gunshot wound to the hip just before 9:10 p.m., the DA said.
