Police Nab Man Accused In PA Turnpike Road Rage Shootings Pennsylvania State Police has arrested a 29-year-old Montgomery County man accused of shooting at two vehicles on the Pennsylvania Turnpike last month. Andre Kenny Mark Green, of Fort Washington, was arrested Friday, April 1 at his job in Fairless Hills, PA State Police said. The first incident occurred around 2:20 p.m. on Tuesday, March 15, when troopers were called to the Bensalem Turnpike Interchange on a report of a man driving a gray sedan who had shot at a Ford F-150 pickup truck, they said.
