12-Year-Old PA Boy Found Wrapped In Plastic In Dumpster ID'd: Police The remains of a boy discovered in a West Philadelphia dumpster last week have been identified, according to city police.  The boy in the dumpster has been identified as 12-year-old Hezekiah "Hezzy" Bernard, authorities announced on Aug. 31. Officers were called for a "hospital case" at 5500 Cherry Street around 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 23, the department said.  The area is directly behind a playground, according to Google Maps.  They arrived and met with Philadelphia Housing Authority sanitation workers, who showed them an "unknown male" found in a trash can on the rear of a PHA du…
