Police were called to the 6700 block of Torresdale Avenue around 5:35 p.m. for reports of shots fired, the department wrote in a release. They arrived to find 44-year-old Juan Salcedo-Collazo with a single gunshot wound to the head.

He was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:44 p.m., police said.

The second victim, 42-year-old Arthur Spiller, was struck once in the right abdomen and taken to Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital, where he died around 6:15 p.m., according to the release.

A third man, 20, was also taken to Jefferson-Torresdale for two shots to the right leg and a graze wound to the chest, authorities continued. He is in stable condition as of Monday, May 8, police said.

Video of the shooting — apparently recorded by a surveillance camera — has not been officially released but has circulated on social media since Saturday.

The clip shows about seven people standing near a storefront before a fight erupts and punches are thrown. One of the people appears to take out a gun and begin shooting, dispersing the crowd, before another person takes cover and appears to return fire.

Investigators say they confiscated a vehicle and a weapon and have made an arrest in connection with the killings, but they have not named a suspect or announced charges.
