Almshouse Road closed from Upper State Road to Lower State Road from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days for road work, borough police said.
Drivers should use Upper State Road, Bristol Road, and Lower State Road instead.
Local access will be maintained, but backups and delays will occur, officials said.
