Victims ID'd In Philly Double Homicide Caught On Video Philadelphia homicide investigators have identified the victims in the deadly double shooting caught on video in Tacony on Saturday, May 6.  Police were called to the 6700 block of Torresdale Avenue around 5:35 p.m. for reports of shots fired, the department wrote in a release. They arrived to find 44-year-old Juan Salcedo-Collazo with a single gunshot wound to the head.  He was pronounced dead at the scene at 5:44 p.m., police said.  The second victim, 42-year-old Arthur Spiller, was struck once in the right abdomen and taken to Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital,…
