Edilberto Miguel Palaez Moctezuma was eating in an Arch Street home in Norristown when he was shot by Kevon Clarke, 19, who was wanted Friday on murder charges, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Two In Custody, 3rd At Large In Deadly Norristown Shooting Two men are in custody and a third is at large for their roles in a shooting that killed a 51-year-old man on the steps of his Norristown home earlier this month, authorities said. Brandon Darden, 25, and Joshua Agudio Jr., 20, both of Norristown, were arrested on first-degree murder and other charges, authorities said. An arrest warrant has also been issued for Edwin Islas-Cruz, 23, of Norristown, on the same charges.  A fourth shooter is still under investigation.
