Upper Southampton Crash Results In DUI Charge A Bucks County motorist was arrested on drunken driving charges after a crash in Upper Southampton Township, authorities said. About 12:15 a.m. on Nov. 14, Upper Southampton police were called to a crash in Steam Pub parking lot at 6060 Second Street Pike, police said. Thomas James Hinchliffe III was attempting to follow a friend out of the parking lot and lost control of his vehicle, according to police.
