Getaway Driver In NY UPS Warehouse Heist Was Philadelphia Man: Police A Philadelphia man acted as the getaway driver in the heist of a New York UPS warehouse in which the security guard barricaded himself inside, bringing an area SWAT team to the scene, authorities said. The incident took place in Nanuet, Rockland County around 4 a.m., Sunday, Aug. 7, Clarkstown Police Det. Norm Peters said. 5-Hour Standoff With 2 Delaware Fugitives Ends With Safe Arrests In Atlantic City, Police Say After an hours-long standoff with multiple police agencies and SWAT Team officers on Wednesday, two wanted fugitives from Delaware were arrested in Atlantic City, authorities said.  A man and woman in their 20s were safely taken into custody after refusing to surrender to law enforcement throughout the morning and early afternoon, according to Lt.
