Philadelphia Man Arrested In 100-Person NJ Street Takeover: Police Four young men have been arrested in a pair of street takeovers in Somerset County this fall. Michael Patrick Steiner, 21, of Sayreville; David Panevsky, 24, of North Middletown; Dmytrius Bell, 20, of Hillsborough; and Jake Cossrow, 18, of Philadelphia, PA, are facing charges in the gatherings on Sept. 10 and Oct. 14, Hillsborough Police Chief Mike McMahon said. NJ Swimmer Drowned In PA Park After Saving 8-Year-Old Cousin: Coroner A New Jersey man was found dead in a Pennsylvania lake after disappearing while swimming on Sunday, Aug. 6, officials told Daily Voice.  Elisam Santana, 19, of Sayreville was swimming at Beltzville State Park in an unauthorized area of the lake, said Carbon County Coroner Gerald D. Jones Jr.  Santana, the coroner said, had saved his 8-year-old cousin from drowning when he went under the water and never came back up.  At Santana's autopsy on Tuesday, Aug. 8, his death was ruled an accidental drowning, Jones said.
