Steer Clear: Flooding Closes Roads Across Southeast Pennsylvania Nearly three inches of rain have fallen across southeastern Pennsylvania between Sunday and Monday mornings, Dec. 17 and 18, according to meteorologists at the National Weather Service.  The Mount Holly, New Jersey station reports that flood warnings and areal flood warnings are in effect for parts of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Lehigh, and Philadelphia counties through late Monday night, though the rain is expected to "taper off" by midday.  We have a number of Flood Warnings and Flood Advisories in effect, and more are likely to come. Answers Sought In Bucks Woman's Mysterious 1960 Killing It's been more than 60 years since Helen Drummond Fischer was killed, and detectives are still looking for answers.  The 55-year-old was found deadwith "numerous injuries" in her Pebble Hill Road home in Doylestown on Feb. 17, 1960, said investigators with the Pennsylvania State Police.  A Chicago native, Fischer ran her own travel agency business out of her house, police said.
