Missing 4-Week-Old Infant, 16-Year-Old Mom Found Safe In Central PA UPDATE: 16-year-old Anylah Duffin and her 4-week-old daughter Daoni have been found safe, the Lower Paxton Township police announced on Friday, Dec. 9.  The police did not share any additional information but the family contact Daily Voice and said "she was found at a friend's house Thursday morning she and her daughter are alright." Massachusetts Man Endangered Child While Fleeing Near Pennsylvania Mall: Police A Massachusetts man is wanted for endangering a child and fleeing police near a mall in central Pennsylvania, authorities announced on Tuesday, Sept. 20.  Jose L. Santiago, 41, of New Bedford, MA, fled from police near the Colonial Park Mall located at 4600 Jonestown Road in Harrisburg, PA on Aug. 20, according to a release by the Lower Paxton Township police department. The unidentified two men pictured purchased $2,180 of jewelry from the department store in Harrisburg on June, 3, according to a release by Lower Paxton Township police. “When paying the males performed a quick change scam by confusing the cashier and were able to leave the store with an additional $1,000 in cash,” the police state in the release. Lower Paxton Township police were called to a report of a bomb threat at the Sheetz located at  2300 Colonial Road at the intersection with Linglestown Road around 6 p.m., the department said in a release on Monday.
