State Police Release New Details, Offer Reward In PA Teen's Apparent Murder Authorities are shedding more light on the apparent murder of 19-year-old Kevin Cagle.  The Williamsport-area resident was found dead along I-80 near Mexico and Creek roads in Liberty Township late on Friday, Oct. 13, state police previously said. The Montour County Coroner's Office said he died by homicide but did not describe the cause of death.  Now, authorities say Cagle was shot in the chest while still in Williamsport and then driven to Montour County where his remains were discarded. Sholley III, of Berwick, were discovered late last week in a former Days Inn on Sheraton Road in Valley Township, near the intersection of I-80 and Route 54, state police told reporters from multiple outlets. PA Driver Arrested After Crash, Pursuit On I-80 A Pennsylvania driver fled the scene of a single-car crash along I-80 in New Jersey and led police on a chase, authorities said. Matthew Farrance, 32, fled after crashing in the westbound lanes at milepost 22.6 in Allamuchy (Warren County), NJ State Police said.
