Fiery Crash Kills Chambersburg Native 24-Year-Old In Central PA, State Police Say A 24-year-old man died at the scene of a crash in Central Pennsylvania, State Police announced on Monday, April 8. Mason Allen Kelley originally of Chambersburg most recently of Carlisle, was heading west on East Old York Road near Lerew Road in Carlisle when he left his lane for an unknown reason at 12:21 a.m. on April 6, the state police detailed in the release.
