150 Gallons Of Fuel Spilled Onto Route 80 After Crash That Jammed PA, NJ Border For Hours Route 80 was jammed for hours after a truck carrying hazardous materials crashed, authorities said. This crash occurred at mile marker 1.2 on Route 80 eastbound in Hardwick Township at about 8 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 23. No hazardous material leaked from the jackknifed tractor-trailer, but there was a 150-gallon diesel fuel spill, Knowlton firefighters said. No one was hurt. Police ID Driver, 28, Killed In Head-On Gloucester County Crash With Tractor-Trailer Authorities have identified the driver of an SUV killed in a head-on crash with a tractor trailer late Wednesday in Gloucester County. Carl E. Cheeseman Jr., 30, of Vineland, was driving westbound on Route 40 near Rosemont Avenue and Harding Avenue in Newfield about 11 p.m. when police think he swerved to avoid a deer. His SUV entered the eastbound lane striking the truck, which was driven by a 28-year-old Vineland man, according to Franklin Township Police.
