Animal Cruelty Investigation Launched In Northampton County Police are investigating after a dog was found dead in a cage in Forks Township over the weekend. Officers were called to Frutchey Hill Road and Richmond Road Saturday morning, April 20 for an "animal complaint," Township police said in a release.  A small, brown Yorkie with a green colored bandana was found dead in a cage under a white bedsheet, authorities said.
