Police are investigating a theft that occurred at the Giant store on Nov. 21 at approximately 7:30 p.m.
An unknown man approached the victim's shopping cart while she wasn't looking and removed her wallet from her purse, police said.
Later, it was reported that the man used the victim's credit card and made more than $800 worth of purchases, police said.
The suspect is described as a black man, shaved head, wearing large glasses, gray sweatpants and a gray jacket, police said.
He may be driving a black Ford Fusion.
