Magnum Morrison, 25, was accused of shooting and killing 32-year-old Orlando Rodriguez in the 600 block of North 10th Street on June 17, according to Reading police. Morrison was taken into custody on Sept. 16 on charges of 1st-degree murder, aggravated assault, robbery, and related charges. He was sent to Berks County Jail with bail denied, court records show.
