PA State Police Search For Missing 16-Year-Old Mom, Baby Pennsylvania State Police are seeking the public's help in finding a missing 16-year-old mom and her baby. Aaliya Marie Diaz and her 8-month-old baby Nathaniel Anthony Ortega Jr. were last seen at her foster home on the 1500 block of Randall Circle in Loyalsock Township around 9:50 p.m. on Sunday, July 31, police said. She is described as being 5 feet tall and 89 pounds, with brown eyes, and dyed red hair with dark roots, authorities said. Her son is approximately 2-foot-1 and 15 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
