Shock and sadness spread following a snowmobile crash that left a 20-year-old York County man dead. York County Coroner Pamela Gay identified Newberry Township's Zachary Peiffer as the victim of the crash on Tuesday morning. A police dog is dead after choking on an unnamed object during a training exercise at his handler's home on Tuesday, Sept. 19, say Newberry Township police. A DUI driver in Pennsylvania was arrested after she struck a deer, put it in her trunk, and then kept going, authorities said.
