Sex Abuse Suspect Tried To Arrange Victim's Murder From Berks Jail: Documents
An ex-doctor who is charged with sexually abusing and secretly recording children was trying to arrange his accuser's murder, prosecutors allege.
Justin S. Rutherford, 33, was charged with rape, sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault, and more in October 2021 and incarcerated at the Berks County lockup.
