Get Free Tickets To See The Reading Fightin Phils Caernarvon Township officials are giving out free tickets to see the Fighin Phils on Saturday, April 27.  The Phils will take on the New York Yankees' Double-A affiliate, the Somerset Patriots, at 6:45 p.m. Area residents can pick up free tix during normal business hours at the Township building, 3307 Main St. in Morgantown, police say.  Happy Hour will begin at 4:45 p.m. with $1-off beer and a pregame concert from Grammy award-winning guitarist David Cullen, according to the team's website.  A fireworks show is also scheduled.

Man Accused Of Groping Woman At Berks County Gas Pump A Palmyra man tried to reach up a woman's shorts while she was pumping gas at a Morgantown Sheetz, according to authorities.  Police said Dean Balsamo, 44, approached the 18-year-old victim around 2:40 p.m. on August 8 and groped her.  The victim reported the incident to Caernarvon Township police and investigators identified Balsamo as the suspect.  He was charged with harassment, disorderly conduct, and indecent assault and arraigned on Sept. 26, where his bail was set at $10,000, court records show.  Balsamo has a preliminary hearing in a Berks County court schedule…
