Antonio Carrero Murder: Jonathan Minier Charged In Reading One man is dead and another is in police custody after shots rang out on a Reading street late Wednesday, March 13, according to authorities.  First responders were called to the 900 block of Franklin Street around 10:15 p.m., Reading police wrote in a release.  They arrived to find Antonio Carrero dead at the scene, the department said.  Investigators believe Carrero and suspect Jonathan Minier "got into an altercation" before the shooting. Crews removed Wayne Michael Eidson, 68, and helped three others out of the building on the 100 block of South Sixth Street around 10 p.m. He was pronounced dead June 12 at 9:13 p.m. at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, according to the Lehigh County coroner's office.
