Reading Shooting Victim Was Father Of Six, Loved Ones Say Ellis Garman Sr., a Reading husband and father of six, was shot and killed in his car on Friday, June 21, city police said. He was 44.  Garman's suspected killer, 32-year-old Vincent Sanchez, is currently sought by police on an arrest warrant.  Born in Fort Worth, Texas to the late Gene Garman and Jean (Kohl) Miley, Garman was the husband of Amaryllis N. Garman, according to his obituary. Reading Driver Shot Dead In Car, Suspect On The Run: Police Authorities in the city of Reading are searching for the gunman who shot and killed a man in his car in broad daylight on Friday, July 21.  Ellis Garman Sr., 44, was found in his car on South 6th Street with a gunshot wound around 2:30 p.m., police said in a release. He was taken to Reading Hospital where he succumbed to his wounds, they added.  Now, authorities have named the suspect as 32-year-old Vincent Sanchez. Sanchez is wanted on an arrest warrant and anyone with information is asked to call RPD at 610-655-6116.
