Philly Man Sentenced For Selling Fentanyl-Laced Drugs To ChesCo Overdose Victim
A Philadelphia man was sentenced to decades in prison for selling fentanyl-laced drugs to a Chester County man, which resulted in his overdose, authorities announced Friday.
Jamal Keys, 43, will face 18 to 36 years behind bars for the March 2019 heroin overdose death of a 34-year-old man in Paoli, according to Chester County District Attorney's Office.
Keys was found guilty by a jury in July 2021 of drug delivery resulting in death, possession with intent to deliver, criminal conspiracy, and criminal use of a communication facility.

A Philadelphia man was found guilty of selling heroin to a 34-year-old Chester County man who fatally overdosed from the drug two years ago, authorities said.
The victim, whose name has not been released to the public, overdosed on the heroin that Jamal Keys, 43, sold to him the day he died on March 29, 2019, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.
