Man Held On $1 Million Bail For Shooting Officer In Philadelphia: Police A 26-year-old man has been arrested after shooting an officer during a barricade situation in Philadelphia on Wednesday morning, police announced on Friday, Feb. 2.  While serving a warrant for Libao Zheng at his home in the 1300 block of King Place in North Philadelphia he opened fire at PPD officers around 6:06 a.m. on Jan. 31, the police detailed in multiple releases. One officer suffered "a graze wound to the right hand" after the bullet ricocheted off his ballistic vest. The officer was taken to Jefferson Hospital and later released, Commissioner Kevin Bethel explained. …
