Teen Motorcyclist Killed In Crash Less Than 3 Miles From His Central PA Home
The 18-year-old man who was killed in a motorcycle crash on Thursday has been identified by authorities and his family on Monday, March 18. Josiah Marrero of the 300 block of Country Ridge Drive in York Township died at the scene of a crash approximately three miles from his home, according to the coroner and Google Maps. The crash happened in the 3200 block of Cape Horn Road at 10:49 a.m. on March 14 and crews were called to the scene approximately two minutes later according to the York County Department of Emergency Services. DUI Possibly Causes Serious Head-On Crash In York County, Police Say
A "serious" crash had police asking the public to avoid part of York Township as they launched an investigation on Thursday evening. Officers with the York County Regional Police were called to "a head-on collision" at 2405 Springwood Road, York Township at 5:14 p.m. on Feb. 29, the department detailed in the release. Car Crashes Into Auto Service Building In Central Pennsylvania: Police
Ironically, an SUV crashed into an auto service business in York on Sunday. The white SUV pictured slammed into York Tire and Auto Service located at 890 West Broadway, York Township at 1:50 a.m. on Oct. 5, the York County Regional police detailed in a release. "The accident is still under investigation however speed and alcohol are suspected contributing factors," the police said. The extent of the damage to the building and any word about injuries were not released.

Boy Goes Missing From York County Home: Police
A York County boy is missing and the public's help is needed, police say. Jaden Landi, ran away from his Windsor Township home on Wednesday, according to York County Regional Police. He is approximately 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has blue eyes and sandy blonde hair. A Carlisle man took a 14-year-old girl straight from a school bus stop to his house to have sex, something he had done before at area hotels— and filmed it, the police graphically detail in court documents obtained by Daily Voice. Car Plows Into Red Lion High School: Police
A silver Honda plowed into a brick wall and into a classroom at Red Lion High School on Tuesday, January 31, authorities say. Emergency crews were classed to the scene at 9:22 p.m., according to York County Emergency Management. The crash was causing “substantial damage” and fire and school officials were still assessing the crash late Tuesday evening, the York County Regional police stated in a release within an hour of the incident.
