Osha Investigating Fatal Tractor-Tractor, Forklift Crash In PA (Update) Two coroners were called to the scene of a crash in Manchester Township on Thursday, according to the County of York Department of Emergency Services.  A 30-year-old man died following the two-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer and a forklift, the York County Coroner's Office explained in a release.  The unidentified man was found unresponsive at C-P Flexible Packaging located at 15 Grumbacher Road at 11:10 a.m. on Nov. 30, according to dispatch.
