Escaped Drug Dealer Recaptured— Again In Lebanon County: Authorities A convicted drug dealer with a history of escape and resisting arrest, escaped from his work release program, only to be recaptured five days later, authorities say.  Terance Brent, 37, of Jonestown, had last been seen on Friday, March 17, 2023, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
