Man Dies Nearly 20 Years After Motorcycle Crash: Lehigh County Coroner Approximately 19 and a half years after a motorcycle crash seriously injured a man he died from complications of those injuries.  Eric J. Fenstermaker, was 52 when he passed at St. Luke's Hospital, Allentown at 10:50 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 31, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Richard Kunzweiler was 75 when he was struck by a car driven by a 66-year-old Fair Lawn man outside the Acme in Saddle Brook on Aug. 16, 2018, records show.
