Dad Charged After Horse-Drawn Wagon Crushes 3-Year-Old Girl To Death In Central PA: Police Details were released and charges have been filed on Friday, Nov. 4 for the farm equipment-related death of a 3-year-old girl, authorities say.  The girl was killed when she fell out of a horse-drawn wagon and the horse backed up, pushing the wagon wheels over the child's head, crushing it, and killing her on Aug. 26, according to court records and the initial police release. A man told police that he was confronted by a driver heading west on RT 322 near Clay School Road in Ephrata when he pulled out a gun and pointed it at him around 7:30 a.m., according to the release by North Lancaster County Regional police.
