An additional arrest has been announced in a large-scale sex trafficking ring run out of Pennsylvania massage parlors, authorities said. Zigui "Lisa" Zheng was arrested and charged with operating a corrupt organization and dealing in unlawful proceeds, along with related offenses, Cumberland County District Attorney Sean McCormac said. Deadly Crosswalk Hit-Run In Central Pennsylvania, Police Say
A hit-and-run driver struck a man dead in Harrisburg on Sunday, according to the police. The man was struck in the crosswalk near North 6th and Radnor streets around 2 a.m. on Sept. 3, according to the Harrisburg police. A man was struck dead crossing a road in York County on Monday evening, authorities announced. The unidentified 58-year-old was hit by a 2001 Dodge Caravan driven by a 69-year-old Dillsburg man heading north in the far right lane of Carlisle Road near York Crossing Drive, West Manchester Police explained in a release on Tuesday.
