A federal grand jury has indicted a Pennsylvania judge and lawyer on 31-counts of wire and mail fraud, as well as witness tampering and obstruction of justice, the US Department of Justice announced on Tuesday, Oct. 8. Police have announced additional arrests at a massive illegal car meetup where drivers antagonized officers in Fairfax County last weekend.
