PA Mom Of 3 Killed Wished Family, Friends Happy Easter In Facebook Post Before Crash A 38-year-old mom of three has died following a three-vehicle crash in Lancaster County on Saturday, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday, April 1 and her family detailed on social media. Jazmin Dietrich of York died at Reading Hospital the same day as the crash, according to state police in Lancaster. The crash happened on PA Route 222 North just north of Dry Tavern Road in Brecknock Township at 8:33 a.m. on March 30, investigating Trooper Joshua Mease detailed in the release.
