Fake Cop With Lights, Siren Stops Vehicle In Chester County: PSP He dressed like a cop and used lights and siren to pull someone over in Chester County, but wasn't a real police officer, authorities said. The fake cop pulled over a vehicle on Route 1 near Route 896 in Upper Oxford Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police, Avondale Station in a press statement on Friday, Sept. 13.  The incident occurred at about 6:30 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 13, State Police said. Man ID'd After Deadly Crash In Lancaster County: Coroner (Update) The coroner has identified the man killed in a crash in Paradise Township on Friday morning.  Nickolas Dewey, 47 of Christiana, was pronounced dead at 8:42 a.m. on Oct. 13, by the Lancaster County Coroner's office. The crash happened at the intersection of White Oak Road and Route 896/Georgetown Road at 6:30 a.m., according to LCWC.
