Detour Ahead: Roadwork Planned In Delaware County Crews will begin roadwork in Nether Providence on Monday, May 20 and will continue through Friday, May 24, township police say.  A lane closure is scheduled for Wallingford Avenue between Manchester Avenue and Route 252/Providence Road while workers make utility adjustments and mill and pave the roadway, according to officials.  Drivers should use alternate routes, they added.
