Allentown Motorcyclist, 22, Killed In Philadelphia Ice Cream Truck Crash: Police A 22-year-old motorcyclist from Allentown was killed in a crash with an ice cream truck on Saturday, Aug. 10 in Philadelphia, police said. Ramon Santiago was heading east on E. Hunting Park Avenue when he struck a 1995 Chevrolet G30 ice cream truck, operated by a 17-year-old boy, around 9:55 p.m. at the H Street intersection, Philadelphia police said. The impact caused Santiago to be thrown from the motorcycle. He was rushed to Temple Hospital and pronounced dead at 11:47 p.m., police said. Homicide: Man With Bloodied Face Found In Shopping Cart, Philly Police Say Philadelphia police are investigating after a man was found dead and bloodied in a shopping cart in Kensington early on Thursday, Dec. 14.  Authorities were called to the 900 block of East Westmoreland Street just after midnight, the department told Daily Voice.  They arrived to find a man in his 30s wrapped in a blanket and stuffed into a shopping cart with "injuries to his face and blood around his eye and mouth," officials said.  The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by EMTs, police said.  Detectives said there was a trail of blood leading from the cart to a n…
