Pediatric Nurse's Son Accused Of Stabbing Her To Death In PA Will Face Trial: DA The son of a pediatric nurse who is accused of brutally stabbing her to death in the street outside her home and discarded the knife in a neighbor's yard. He will stand trial after a preliminary hearing on Thursday, Dec. 19. Brian Rebold, 38, was arrested on Sunday, Aug. 4 after calling 911 to report the deadly stabbing on Liberty Avenue in Arnold. During the hearing, a Westmoreland County Detective and an Arnold Police Officer testified, and the 911 call was played in court. PA Dad-To-Be Shoots 3 Guests At Baby Shower, Authorities Say Three people were shot at a baby shower during a fight about gifts, local police say. Police in Lower Burrell, were called to an active shooting at the Kinloch Fire Department on Saturday just after 6 p.m. Upon arrival officers learned it was “not an active shooter situation but rather an isolated family incident during a baby shower,” city police said in a Facebook post on the department's page.
