Man Posed As Officer, Chased People From Park In Warrington, Police Charge A Bucks County man is facing charges for posing as police and other civil servants in his efforts to keep people out of a local park, according to police. Daryl Rose Clifton, 58, of Warrington, is accused of impersonating various authorities as he accosted children, parents, and others visiting the Doctor Adams Community Park located at 2235 Oxford Drive, police said. He was arrested and charged with Impersonating a Public Servant on Friday, Oct. 4, according to court documents. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 18.
